Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

At SND Appliances, our goal is to help you select the right appliance before purchase. Because most appliances are ordered specifically for each customer and cannot be returned to the manufacturer once ordered, the following policies apply.

Our product experts are always available to assist with model selection, measurements, and installation requirements prior to purchase.

All Sales Final

  • All appliance sales are considered final once the order has been placed.
  • Appliances cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been picked up, delivered, or installed, except in cases of verified damage or manufacturer defect.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming model numbers, specifications, measurements, and fit prior to ordering.

Defective Products

  • Most appliances include a manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labor.
  • If a product appears defective upon arrival, you must notify SND Appliances within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can assist with the warranty process.
  • If a defect is discovered after 48 hours, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. Manufacturer contact information is included with the product documentation.
  • Most manufacturers require one diagnostic service visit before authorizing repair or replacement.

Damaged Products

  • All products delivered by SND Appliances should be inspected at the time of delivery or pickup.
  • If an appliance arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist in resolving the issue.
  • If visible damage is present at delivery, customers have the right to refuse the delivery, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Customer Satisfaction Returns

  • Delivered products in use are not eligible for return.
  • Products that have been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.
  • In rare cases, unopened products that have not been installed, used, or damaged may be eligible for return at the store’s discretion and may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for any freight or shipping charges associated with returning merchandise. Original delivery, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Special Order Merchandise

Products that are not normally stocked in our showroom or warehouse are considered special order merchandise.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Built-in appliances
  • Specialty finishes or colors
  • Non-stock models
  • Products ordered specifically at the customer’s request

Special order merchandise cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once ordered.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before the product has shipped from the manufacturer may be subject to a minimum 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and freight costs.
  • Once a product has shipped or arrived at our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued according to the store’s policies and may be subject to inspection of the returned merchandise.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with SND Appliances, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
